How does the carbonation technology works?
The TS (Sparkling) WaterBar works on several levels to provide a great drinking experience: The carbonating tank is filled with cold, filtered and purified water. The carbonating tank keeps the cold water as the optimal temperature for producing sparkling water. Carbonation and mixing stage – CO₂ is inserted at 10 bar pressure into the carbonating tank which dissolves the CO₂ in the water. Releasing stage – when the carbonating tank is opened, the pressure is released, enabling CO₂ to escape from the carbonating tank and the bubbles to appear.
Pouring phase – pouring the sparkling water to a glass or a jug. What’s the difference between Strauss Water’s “Single Serve” technology and other?
